A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 28`h, 2002, a report was
prepared by WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of:
1. 34`h Avenue NE,between Stinson Boulevard and Silver Lake Road
2. Belden Drive,between 33rd Avenue NE and 34`h Avenue NE
3. Edward Street NE,between 33rd Avenue NE and 34`h Avenue NE
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report
• at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$ 1,736,000.
2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare plans for making such improvement.
