RESOLUTION 02 - 058
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO 3909 SILVER LAKE ROAD
WHEREAS, a request for a sign variance from Advanced Dental Group, 3909 Silver lake
Road, was received and submitted to the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the request on July 16, 2002;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny the variance due to lack of
an undue hardship.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
agreeing with the recommendation of the Planning Commission, hereby denies a sign variance
request for 3909 Silver Lake Road.
