RESOLUTION 03 - 042
A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF
A NEW RESTROOM BUILDING AT SILVER POINT PARK
WHEREAS, the City Council desires construction of a new restroom building at Silver Point
Park; and
WHEREAS, bids for said project were accepted, reviewed, and a recommendation was made
by SEH, Inc. as follows:
• Romtec (for pre-engineered building) $75,000
• Sandness (for installation of pre-engineered building) $72,195
and Performance and Payment Bond
• Gopher State (for installation of pre-engineered building) $99,620
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby awards the bid for construction of a new restroom building at Silver Point Park as
follows:
• Romtec (for pre-engineered building) $75,000
• Sandness (for installation of pre-engineered building) $72,195
and Performance and Payment Bond
Total $147,195
