ANTHONY VILLAGE NORTHWEST QUADRANT REDEVELOPMENT a CITY OF ST. ANTHONY RESOLUTION 03 - 050 A RESOLUTION ORDERING DISTRIBUTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR THE ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE NORTHWEST QUADRANT REDEVELOPMENT WHEREAS, an EAW has been completed for the project pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410 and identifies and assesses the environmental impacts associated with the project to assist in the determination of the need for an Environmental Impact Statement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. ANTHONY, MN: That the EAW for the St. Anthony Village Northwest Quadrant Redevelopment be distributed for a 30-day public comment period. At the end of the comment period, the • City will determine the need for an Environmental Impact Statement. If significant comments are received, it is anticipated the City Council could consider the need for an EIS at the September 23, 2003 meeting. •
