A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
REQUEST FOR 2500 HIGHWAY 88
WHEREAS, Health Care Plus, Inc., 2500 Highway 88, #105, has submitted a conditional use
permit request to allow an adult day care facility in a commercially zoned district;
and
WHEREAS, adult day care is a permitted conditional use in a commercially zoned district; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held on July 15, 2003, the Planning Commission reviewed and
recommended Council approval with the condition that the applicant abide by the
State of Minnesota license requirements at all times when operating in St.
Anthony Village.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit, submitted by Health Care Plus, Inc., for
property located at 2500 Highway 88, #105 and that the applicant be in compliance with the
above-stated condition.
