A RESOLUTION RECLASSIFYING A PARCEL
OF LAND, RESCINDING RESOLUTION 94-074
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has property within its boundaries described as Lot 13,
Block 1 "Soo Line Addition"; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that said parcel has characteristics that make it
unbuildable; and
WHEREAS, the change in classification of said property results in sale of the property may be
made to adjacent owners only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby reclassifies Lot 13, Block 1 "Soo Line Addition"to an unbuildable parcel, rescinding
Resolution 99-074 (which declared said parcel could be sold at public sale), thus making the
parcel for sale to adjacent owners only.

A RESOLUTION DECLARING NON-CONSERVATION
LAND WITHIN CITY BOUNDARIES FOR PUBLIC AUCTION
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that property within the
boundaries of the City of St. Anthony described as Lot 13, Block 1 "Soo Line Addition" is
hereby approved as Non-Conservation Land.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it was determined that there are no Public Waterfront,
Wetland, Peat and Timber issues nor any public nuisance conditions associated with said
property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby
approves said property for public auction.

Dear Mr Mornson:
• As indicated in my earlier phone call the above property is landlocked (see attached
map) and would not be buildable if a person bought it at public sale. The Resolution
passed in December 1999 says the property is approved for public auction. As the
cover letter indicated when we notified the City of the availability of the parcel, when a
parcel has characteristics that make it unbuildable the City should classify it for sale to
adjacent owners only.
Therefor if the City will pass and send us an official copy of a resolution that says this
parcel is reclassified wners only we will sell it at the
next available adjacent owners auction and return it to the tax roles.
