ANTHONY VILLAGE RESOLUTION 03 - 087 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION, REJECTING ANY AND ALL BIDS RECEIVED FOR BID PACKAGE NO. 2 WHEREAS, bids were called for bid package no. 2 relating to construction of a Fire Station; and WHEREAS, bids were received and reviewed for said project on September 23, 2003; and WHEREAS, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Inc. recommended bids, as received, be rejected for each Bid Division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby rejects any and all bids for Bid Package No. 2 relating to construction of a Fire Station. • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the redesigning and re-bidding of the Fire Station project. However, Bids to be awarded will be subject to further value engineering reductions which will be executed by issuing change orders for these accepted reductions.
