RESOLUTION 03 - 100
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APACHE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT
AREA, REQUESTING TO REZONE THE PROPERTY FROM COMMERCIAL
TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held September 16, 2003 the St. Anthony Planning
Commission heard the preliminary concept plan and plat and final retail plan and
plat for the Apache Redevelopment area, generally bounded by Silver Lane on the
north, Silver Lake Road on the east, the Soo Line Railroad Right-of-Way on the
south, and Stinson Boulevard on the west; and
WHEREAS, on September 23, 2003, the City Council approved the overall concept plan and
plat as well as the final retail plan and adopted Resolution 03-081 approving the
findings of fact and conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, at a public hearing held November 18, 2003,
recommended Council approval of the request from Apache Redevelopment,
LLC to rezone said property from Commercial to Planned Unit Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the rezoning request from Apache Redevelopment, LLC to rezone the Apache
Plaza Redevelopment area, generally bounded by Silver Lane on the north, Silver Lake Road on
the east, the Soo Line Railroad Right-of-Way on the south, and Stinson Boulevard on the west,
pursuant to the findings of fact and conditions of approval as stated in St. Anthony Village
Resolution 03-081, dated September 23, 2003.
Adopted this 5 day of 2003.
