A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LOT COVERAGE
VARIANCE FOR 2800 - 34TH AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 16,
2003, to consider a request from Rod Rabine for a lot coverage variance at 2800 -
34`h Avenue NE; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council approval of said request, citing
that strict enforcement of the ordinance would cause undue hardship, as the
driveway covers an unusual amount of property and is a condition that pre-existed
• prior to enactment of the Zoning Ordinance.
