A RESOLUTION DENYING A FRONT YARD SETBACK
VARIANCE FOR 2800 - 34TH AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on December 16,
2003 regarding a front yard setback variance request for 2800 - 34`'Avenue NE;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny said request by Rod
Rabine, because granting the variance would result in an alteration of the
character of the surrounding properties and the neighborhood.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby denies the front yard setback variance request by Rod Rabine, for 2800-34th Avenue NE.
