The property can be put to reasonable use. 2. The circumstances regarding the variance are not unique to the property. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny said conditional use permit,as well,citing the following: 1. The size of the lot was deemed insufficient to warrant this size of expansion.The lot size is approximately 7,630 square feet; the minimum lot required for commercially zoned property is 15,000 square feet. • 2. The addition would become a safety issue for persons residing or working in the vicinity due to the increased traffic which would be created with additional fuel Pumps. WHEREAS, upon consideration of said requests and recommendations by the Planning Commission, the City Council finds in agreement with the recommendations. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony agrees with the Planning Commission rationale and hereby denies the variance and conditional use permit requests for 3259 Stinson Boulevard.
