A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE REQUEST
FOR PROPERTY ADDRESSED AS 2601-31ST AVENUE NE
WHEREAS, an eleven foot side yard setback variance request was submitted to the City by
Frank and Dolores Peterson; and
WHEREAS, following the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on March 16,
2004, the Planning Commission recommended Council approve said request as
the following requirements for a variance were met by this request:
1. The hardship was not created by the owner.
2. The odd shape of the lot.
3. The variance will not alter the character of the neighborhood.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the eleven foot side yard setback variance request submitted by Frank and
Dolores Peterson for the property addressed as 2601-31 st Avenue NE, as recommended by the
St. Anthony Planning Commission.
