RESOLUTION 04 - 030
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND
A ADMINISTRATIVE SUBDIVISION REQUESTS FROM TIRES PLUS,
FOR PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS LOT 8, BLOCK 7, MOUNDS VIEW
ACRES SECOND ADDITION (LOCATED NEXT TO TWIN CITY
FEDERAL ON SILVER LAKE ROAD)
WHEREAS, Tires Plus had submitted a request for a conditional use permit and a request for
an administrative subdivision at property described as Lot 8, Block 7, Mounds
View Acres Second Addition(located next to Twin City Federal on Silver Lake
Road); and
WHEREAS, following the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on March 16,
2004, the Planning Commission recommended Council approve said requests
with the following conditions:
1. Hours of operation will be 7:00 am - 8:00 pm weekdays and 7:00 am to
5:00 pm weekends.
• 2. With the exception of two vehicles stored outdoors for 72 hours only,no
outdoor storage of vehicles is allowed.
3. An enclosure will be constructed around the dumpster.
4. A landscaping and lighting plan will be submitted for staff s approval.
5. Review and approval by the City Attorney and City Engineer are required.
6. The landscaping plan must be consistent with the surrounding
neighborhood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the conditional use request and the administrative subdivision request submitted
by Tires Plus for Lot 8, Block 7, Mounds View Acres Second Addition(located next to Twin
City Federal on Silver Lake Road),with the conditions set forth by the Planning Commission, as
stated above.
