A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON
39'h AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has
been prepared with reference to the improvements:
39``' Avenue Street and Utility Improvements Project
This project consists of reconstruction, replacement, or new construction of
streets, sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer lines on 39`' Avenue from
Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
• Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,000,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 27``'
day of April 2004, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or
as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
