A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE REQUEST
FOR PROPERTY ADDRESSED 3200 SKYCROFT DRIVE
WHEREAS, an twelve foot side yard setback variance request was submitted to the City by
Dave and Lisa Wiggins; and
BE IT RESOLVED, following the public hearing held by the Planning Commission on July 20, 2004,
the Planning Commission recommended Council approve said request as the
following conditions pre-date owners. Pre-existing code is what some of the
neighboring properties enjoying a better, higher use with using the zoning
regulations. The variance would not alter the character of the neighborhood. The
economic considerations are not basis for the variance alone. The drainage is an
issue if the addition was placed in the backyard. All adjacent properties are close
to the street, and the variance is consistent with the spirit and intent of the zoning
code.
