RESOLUTION 04-068
A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted August 10, 2004, a report was
prepared by WSB &Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of:
1. Anthony Road
2. Roosevelt Street from 31St Avenue to 33rd Avenue
3. Edwards Street from 31"Avenue to 32nd Avenue
4. Edwards Street from Anthony Road to 33rd Avenue
5. 31St Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street
6. Roosevelt Court
WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is
necessary, cost effective, and feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in accordance with the report
at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$1,980,000.
2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They
shall prepare plans for making such improvement.
