A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR APPLE
AMERICAN LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF MINNESOTA, dba APPLEBEE'S
NEIGHBORHOOD GRILL & BAR
Whereas, the applicant, Apple American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, dba
Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar has submitted the proper application
and fees;and
Whereas, the City of St. Anthony Police Department has performed an investigative
background check; and
Whereas, the City Council has held a public hearing in accordance with Ordinance
1000.06 Consideration of Application, Public Hearing.
• BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council Approves the Liquor License for Apple
American Limited Partnership of Minnesota, dba Applebee's
Neighborhood Grill & Bar.
