RESOLUTION 05-022
A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 11th day of January, 2005,
fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements:
2005 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main, sanitary sewer,
and storm sewer on the following streets:
1. Anthony Road
2. Roosevelt Court
3. Roosevelt Street from 31" Avenue to 33`d Avenue
4. Edwards Street from 31S` Avenue to 32"d Avenue
5. Edwards Street from Anthony Road to 33" Avenue
6. 31S` Avenue from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said
• hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 8th day of
February, 2005, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
approves such improvements as are hereby ordered in the Council Resolution.
