A RESOLUTION DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
IN A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE FOR A CAR SALES
AT 3605 —29TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 19,
2005, regarding a Conditional Use Permit in a Light Industrial Zone for a
Car Sales at 3605 — 29th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended Council deny said request by
Patrick O'Connor based on the recommendation of the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby denies the Conditional Use Permit in a Light Industrial Zone for a
Car Sales at 3605-29th Avenue.
