RESOLUTION NO. 05-040
Approving the MIS Agreement with City of Roseville
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has engaged in Computer services with two
separate contractors for the amount of $8,650; and
WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has proposed computer services for a contract price
of $8,000 and Roseville will perform the duties of the two prior
contractors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of St. Anthony approves the Joint
Powers Agreement for the City of Roseville extension of MIS and support to the City of
St. Anthony.
