RESOLUTION 05-049
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AUDIT OF THE CITY OF
ST. ANTHONY FOR THE YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2004
WHEREAS, an audit of the City of St. Anthony general purpose financial statements
for the year 2004 was presented by Stuart J. Bonniwell, Certified Public
Accountant; and
WHEREAS, the audit was presented to the City Council at a regular meeting on
June 14, 2005.
WHEREAS, the auditor has recommended a revision to the 2004 General Operating
Budget.
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby approves the 2004 City of St. Anthony audit and amends the 2004 General
Operating Budget to $4,164,000, as submitted by Stuart J. Bonniwell, CPA.
Adopted this 14th day of June, 2005.
