A RESOLUTION TO DENY A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FOR
REAR YARD FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2513 WEST ARMOUR TERRACE NE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on June 21,
2005, regarding a request for a variance for a rear yard setback; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the information and found that the
applicant had not satisfactorily established a case for hardship; and
WHEREAS, the commission felt the applicant could reconfigure the proposed garage
to fit within the current setbacks or reduce the size of the garage
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended
• Council deny the request for a variance for rear yard setback for the property located at
2513 West Armour Terrace NE.
Adopted this 28th day of June, 2005.
