A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
SHAMROCK STORM WATER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, bids for the improvement as shown on the plan for the above-referenced project,
were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids
were received:
Contractor Total Bid
1 Forest Lake Contracting $33,230.00
2 G. L. Contracting, Inc. $42,429.20
Engineer's Opinion of Cost $40,620.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. of Forest Lake, MN is the lowest
responsible bidder.

NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. in the amount of$33,230.00 in the name of the City of St.
Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according
to the plans and specifications.
2. The Engineer, WSB &Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder.
