A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR
FIRE STATION ADVANCED WARNING BEACONS
WHEREAS, bids for the above-referenced project, were received, opened and tabulated
according to law, and the following bids were received:
Contractor Total Bid
1 Jam Logic $17,000.00
2 Electrical Installation and Maintenance Co. $46,600.00
Engineer's Opinion of Cost $22,000.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Jam Logic of Minneapolis, MN is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
• 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract
with Jam Logic in the amount of$17,000.00 in the name of the City of St. Anthony,
Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced project according to the
plans and specifications.
2. The Engineer, WSB &Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder.
