AN AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE 1640 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
(1-1) SUBSECTION 03 PERMITTED CONDITIONAL USES
The text amendment would read as follows:
1640.03 Permitted Conditional Uses.
(h) Assembly, meeting lodge, or convention halls.
(i) Catering operations, cafeterias and delicatessens.
In the City Ordinance Section 200.06 Subd. 1 Readings. It states that rezonings or
• other zoning ordinance amendments shall require only one reading.
