A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A DRIVE THRU AT
SNYDER'S DRUG STORE LOCATED AT ST. ANTHONY MARKETPLACE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on September
20, 2005, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for a drive thru
for Snyder's Drug;
WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate
as a conditional use with the conditions that have been proposed by the
City which are listed below:
1.) No full canopy over the drive-thru. However, a minor wall overhang
no larger than 4 feet would be allowed.
2.) Orient the traffic to a southbound one-way flow pattern to minimize
potential traffic conflicts.
3.) Hours of Operation of the drive-thru would be limited to 9:00 a.m. to
• 9:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with limited hours on Saturday and
Sunday.
4.) Positioning the drive thru driveway to limit and/or prevent headlights
from shinning into residential neighborhoods.
5.) Limited to the use of pharmacy operations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended Council
approve the conditional use permit for a drive thru at Snyder's Drug Store
located at St. Anthony Marketplace.
Adopted this 27th day of September, 2005.
