A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CATERING ACTIVITES
FOR IUOE LOCAL 49 LOCATED AT 2829 ANTHONY LANE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on September
20, 2005, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for catering
activities for IUOE Local 49 located at 2829 Anthony Lane South;
WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that catering is allowed under the
Zoning Code for an Industrial Zoning District and the applicant needs to
meet the following conditions:
1) All parking must be contained to on-site parking lots.
2) The applicant must abide by and comply with all regulations imposed
by the Hennepin County Public Health and the State of Minnesota.
3) There will be no cooking of food on site. Food may be warmed and
prepared inasmuch as to ready it for serving.
4) The Applicant will be responsible for the conduct of caterer, employees
of the caterer, the clients using the catering facilities and the
conditions of sobriety and order on the premises.
5) The Applicant shall notify the Police Chief of St. Anthony prior to any
catered event.
G) The City reserves the right to revoke this conditional use permit for
violation of any provision or condition of this Conditional Use Permit.
7) Hours of operations restricted to 10:00 am to 1:00 am
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended Council
approve the conditional use permit for catering activities for IUOE Local 49
at 2829 Anthony Lane South.
