RESOLUTION 05-084
A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR FOSS ROAD LIFT STATION AND
TRUNK AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
1. The trunk sanitary sewer from Silver Lake Road to the Foss Road Lift Station
2. Upgrade and replace the Foss Road Lift Station
3. Increase capacity of the discharge line to Roseville from Foss Road Lift
Station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ST. ANTHONY, MN:
That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they are
• instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
