RESOLUTION 05-085
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH
RAMSEY COUNTY FOR USE OF YARD WASTE MANAGEMENT SITES
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony met with representatives from Ramsey County to
discuss the possibility of non-Ramsey County St. Anthony residents
utilizing the Ramsey County yard waste sites; and
WHEREAS a proposal from Ramsey County was received which the City of St.
Anthony would initially pay $5,000; and
WHEREAS, Ramsey County Commissioners passed a motion to adopt the joint
powers agreement contingent upon the approval of the St. Anthony City
Council.
• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony hereby approves the joint powers agreement with Ramsey County for use of
yard waste management site.
