RESOLUTION 05-086
A RESOLUTION AMENDING COPYING CHARGES
WHEREAS, When requested the City of St. Anthony, Administration, Police and Fire
Departments provide copies at various fees; and
WHEREAS, State Statue 13.03 was recently amended to include language that Cities
may charge a per page fee of not more than twenty-five cents per page for
the first 100 pages; and
WHEREAS, The Statue allows Cities to establish a fee calculation method that is
based on the actual costs for all requests for over 100 copies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in compliance with State Statue 13.03,
the City of St. Anthony hereby sets the copying charges:
• First 100 pages - $.25 per page
Over 100 pages - $1.00 for each 3 minutes of staff time and $.25 per page.
