RESOLUTION 05-089
A RESOLUTION APPROVING HLB TAUTGES, REDPATH, LTD AS THE
CITY AUDITOR
WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony received Request for Proposal's for auditing services from
several firms; and
WHEREAS, City Staff reviewed the prospective auditing firms to determine the services they
provide; and
WHEREAS, City Staff select five finalists that were interviewed by a panel of City Staff; and
WHEREAS, Staff discussed its recommendation with the City Council on November 1, 2005,
to appoint HLB Tautges, Redpath, Ltd., to perform the auditing services for the
City.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves HLB
• Tautges, Redpath, Ltd. to perform the services and role of the City Auditor.
