A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON
2006 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has
been prepared with reference to the improvements:
2006 Street and Utility Improvements Project
This project consists of street reconstruction,replacement, or new construction of
sanitary sewer,water main and storm sewer lines on the following streets:
1. 30`x'Avenue NE from Stinson Boulevard to Wilson Street
2. Murray Avenue
3. Roosevelt Street NE from St. Anthony Boulevard to 30th Avenue NE
4. Coolidge Street from St. Anthony Boulevard to 29`h Avenue NE
5. Alley south of Murray from Wilson Street to Roosevelt Street
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter
429 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,000,000.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 14th day
of February 2006, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. or as
soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
