RESOLUTION 06-015
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A POLLING LOCATION CHANGE
WHEREAS, registered voters residing in Precinct 1, Hennepin County of the
City of St. Anthony voted at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church
in previous elections; and
WHEREAS, due to confining space limits and St. Charles obligation to many
groups, a new location for said polling place must be established;
and
WHEREAS, after consideration of available locations, it has been determined
that the most favorable polling location is Autumn Woods, 2580
Kenzie Terrace; and
• WHEREAS, said location is in compliance with Minnesota Statues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony hereby approves relocation of the polling place for the registered voters
of Hennepin County,Precinct 1, to Autumn Woods, 2600 Kenzie Terrace, in the
City of St. Anthony.
Adopted this 24th day of January, 2006.
