RESOLUTION 06-020
A RESOLUTION UPDATING THE MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET SYSTEM
WHEREAS, a requisite to qualify for state aid, it is necessary that the City Council
designate certain streets within the City of St. Anthony Village to comprise a
Municipal State Aid Street system; and
WHEREAS,the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer to update
the streets within the City that are designated part of said system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the St. Anthony:
1. That 27th Avenue N.E. be removed from the City of St. Anthony
Village MSAS system.
2. That Rankin Road from 33`d Avenue N.E.to Old Highway 8 shall be
• added to the City of St. Anthony Village MSAS system.
3. That Old Highway 8 from Rankin Road north to the CSAH 88 access
road shall be added to the City of St.Anthony Village MSAS system.
4. That the City Clerk provide a certified copy of this resolution by May
1, 2006 for transmittal to the Commissioner of the Department of
Transportation.
Adopted this 14th day of February, 2006.
