RESOLUTION 06-021
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE
WELLHEAD PROTECTION PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village in cooperation with Ramsey Conservation District
have completed a Wellhead Protection Plan,
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village Wellhead Protection Plan has been approved by
the Minnesota Department of Health
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
That the Wellhead Protection Plan is accepted and adopted. The City of St. Anthony Village will
begin implementation of the measures outlined within the Wellhead Protection in accordance
with all state rules.
Adopted this 14th day of February, 2006.
