A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITONAL USE PERMIT FOR
ALLOWING AN BEAUTY SALON LOCATED AT 2501 — 38TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on March 21,
2006, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for beauty salon at
2501 — 38"' Avenue;
WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate
as a conditional use with the conditions that have been proposed by the
City which are listed below:
1) Licensure of salon employees by the State Board of Barbers and
Cosmetology;
2) Compliance with State and County Public Health Regulations for Salon
Operations;
• 3) No external signage advertising the salon's services or location; and
4) The salon exists for the convenience and service of The Landing's residents.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended City
Council approve the conditional use permit for a beauty salon located at 2501 — 38th
Avenue.
