RESOLUTION ADOPTING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) POLICY
WHEREAS, The City Council for the City of St. Anthony deems it advisable and
in the best interest of the City of St. Anthony to adopt policies
relating to Tax Increment Financing (TIF); and
WHEREAS, the City Council intends that these policies not be construed as
exclusive but instead to provide general guidelines for addressing
TIF in the City of St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, in enacting these policies, the City Council acknowledges that
special cases and variations may be required based on the
particular facts present in any given situation; and
• THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
does hereby adopt a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Policy.
