RESOLUTION 06-050
A RESOLUTION SUPPORTING THE INSTALLATION OF THE STONE
SCULPTURE AT SALO PARK IN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is participating with Public Arts St. Paul in an
International Stone Carving Symposium;
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Salo Park will be the permanent residence of one
of the Stone Sculptures;
WHERES, the City of St. Anthony will be responsible for transporting and
installation of their sculpture from the Symposium site to Salo Park;
WHEREAS, the installation of the sculpture would occur between July 15, 2006 and
• October 30, 2006 and installation planning should include special
illumination of the sculpture.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
hereby supports the installation of the Stone Sculpture at Salo Park in the City of St.
Anthony.
Adopted this 9t11 day of May, 2006.
