A RESOLUTION FOR A CONDITONAL USE PERMIT FOR
A TANNING SALON AT 2922 PENTAGON DRIVE
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 16,
2006, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for a body tanning
salon at 2922 Pentagon Drive (Silver Beach Tanning Salon);
WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriate
as a conditional use with the following conditions:
1) The applicant obtain the required State certifications for a tanning
salon and personnel;
2) The hours of operation are consistent with the shopping center and do
not extend beyond 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.;
3) The applicant has all of the required inspections, i.e. building and fire.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended City
Council approve the conditional use permit for a tanning salon at 2922 Pentagon Drive.
Adopted this 23rd day of May, 2006.
