A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY
REPORT FOR HIGHCREST ROAD AND OLD HIGHWAY 8
SIDEWALK AND LIGHTING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve safety of St. Anthony roads to the construction of
sidewalks and street lighting on:
1. Highcrest Road from 33rd Avenue to 37th Avenue
2. Old Highway 8 from 33rd Avenue N.E. to 29th Ave. N.E.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
ST. ANTHONY, MN:
That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that they
are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
• preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
