RESOLUTION 06-060
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department entered into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety,Office
of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober
Communities during the period of October 1, 2006 through
September 30, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are
necessary to implement the project on behalf of the St. Anthony
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, that the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized
to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St.
Anthony Police Department.
• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council
approves Resolution 06-060 Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the St.
Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety ,Office of
Traffic Safety.
