A RESOLUTION SETTING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY PROPOSED 2007 TAX LEVY
AND BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH IN TAXATION ACT
WHEREAS, State Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide Hennepin
and Ramsey Counties with a proposed certified 2007 tax levy
and budget;and
WHEREAS, the City Council discussed key financial strategies and budgeting goals at
their January, 2006, goal setting session, held a Public Hearing on April 25,
2006 and further discussed the 2007 budget and levy at its August 8th, 2006,
work session; and
WHEREAS, the furnishing of this proposed tax levy and budget is made contingent
upon any revisions being allowed if current law is modified; and
WHEREAS, the information required for the City Council to determine a definitive tax
levy will be determined when the City of St. Anthony holds its truth-in-
taxation hearing on Monday, December 4t', 2006; and if necessary holds its
reconvening hearing on Monday, December 11,2006;

NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1) The collectible 2007 proposed property tax levy is:
General Fund Property Tax Levy $2,660,800.00
Road Improvement Levy $ 885,833.78
Certificate of Indebtedness - Fire Truck $ 91,500.00
Lease Revenue Bonds/Public Facilities $ 393,892.00
Housing& Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 55,500.00
Tax Abatement Levy-Central Park Bonds $ 28,506.00
PERA Rate Increase Levy $ 715..00 00
Total 2007 Proposed Tax Levy $4,123,531.78
2) The 2007 General Fund Proposed Budget totals$4,521,700.
