A RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMMUNITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony recognizes that
Community Services provide a variety of recreational opportunities
and senior citizen activities to community residents; and
WHEREAS, due to changes enacted by the Minnesota State Legislature,St.
Anthony-New Brighton School District #282 is no longer allowed to
levy $52,175 for the cost of operating Community Services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council supports recreational opportunities and senior
citizen activities for residents of the community and wishes
Community Services to continue to provide these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony hereby authorizes $52,175 to Community Services for 2007 and 2008.
