RESOLUTION 06-090
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
AND ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID OF THE 2007 WATER FILTRATION PLANT
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has received a number of complaints regarding discolored
water,
WHEREAS, the City has prepared a water system plan which identified various piping
improvements within the water treatment plant,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) Improvements to the water treatment plant are necessary to maintain performance of the
City's water treatment system.
2) That such plans and specifications be prepared.
• 3) The consulting engineer firm shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and
in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bid for the recommended improvements.
