RESOLUTION 06-091
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is required to prepare a Surface Water Management Plan in
conformance with Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410, Rice Creek Watershed District
and Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization,
WHEREAS, the City is required to update its Water Resources Management Plan in conformance
with Met Council comprehensive planning rules,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that:
1) WSB &Associates, Inc. shall prepare and update the City's Water Resource Management
Plan for a cost not to exceed $26,500.
2) The City's Draft Water Resource Management Plan shall be updated and presented to the
City Council by April, 2007.
• 3) WSB &Associates, Inc. will prepare GIS utility mapping in coordination with the
development of the Water Resource Management Plan in accordance with the proposed
Scope of Services for a cost not to exceed $16,500.
