RESOLUTION 07-022
A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES TO THE
ASSESSMENT POLICY FOR PUBLIC ROADWAYS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council,that the City of St. Anthony
Assessment Policy for the upgrade of public roadways be revised and updated.
The following revisions and updates are proposed:
1. Detail the City's policy to replace concrete roadways with bituminous
roadways in future street reconstruction projects.
2. Clarify the assessment rate and justification for water main service
replacement.
3. Provide general clarifications to the Assessment Policy as directed by the
City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
adopts the proposed Assessment Policy modifications.
