RESOLUTION 07-039
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITOL CITY MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Fire Department is one of 33 fire departments assembling the
Capital City Mutual Aid Association; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Fire Departments previous agreement expired on January 1,
2007 when the Mutual Aid Association was consolidated into the Capital City
Regional Firefighter's Association; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Fire Department believes this agreement is an important part of
our overall ability to protect the citizens of St. Anthony.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
approves the Capitol City Mutual Aid Agreement.
