RESOLUTION 07-046
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF THE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR ST. ANTHONY RESTAURANT GROUP, INC.;
DBA THE VILLAGE PUB AT 2720 HIGHWAY 88
WHEREAS, the applicant,St. Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc., received their
intoxicating liquor license in September 2005; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc., has maintained their intoxicating
liquor license in good standing with the City of St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, St. Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc., has completed the
necessary application process for the transfer of the intoxicating liquor
license; and
WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Police Department has conducted a conclusive
background check on all shareholders in the corporation.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council approves the Transfer of
the Intoxicating Liquor License for St Anthony Restaurant Group, Inc.; dba The Village
Pub.
