RESOLUTION 07-063
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING DISTRIBUTION OF THE ST. ANTHONY WATER
RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN TO REVIEW AGENCIES
WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony has revised and prepared a second generation Water
Resource Management Plan in conformance with Minnesota Rules Chapter 8410.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony:
1. That the City submit the Draft Water Resource Management Plan for review to Metropolitan
Council, Rice Creek Watershed District, Mississippi Watershed Management Organization,
and adjacent communities, and Counties of Ramsey and Hennepin, for their review and
comment.
