RESOLUTION 07-072
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT WITH
GREATER METROPOLITAN HOUSING CORPORATION (GMHC).
WHEREAS, the City of St Anthony agrees to contract with GMHC for the implementation of
housing programs for St. Anthony Residents; and
WHEREAS, the housing programs will be provided to the residents of St. Anthony through the
Housing Resource Center - Northeast; and
WHEREAS, the housing programs provided by GMHC allow for a variety of affordable and
life-cycle housing in St. Anthony; and
WHEREAS, the housing programs provided by GMHC also assists the City in its goal of
preserving and improving the Community's housing stock, thereby providing
opportunities for home ownership.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves an
• additional $60,000 to the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation for St. Anthony's
Rehabilitation Programs and a 2008, Contract Services Agreement at a fee of$12,500 with
funding to come from the HRA Projects Fund.
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation will allocate
$30,000 into the Revolving Loan Fund and $30,000 into the Rebab Incentive/Rebate program
and based on activity and need GMHC is authorized to transfer funds between the two
programs.
